Pre-approval postback
Sent as JSON when a customer is pre-approved, to the pre-approval postback URL
configured on your merchant account (not the order's notifyUrl). Ask your
PayTomorrow account manager to set it. Use it to show the approved amount in your
checkout or CRM.
